These experiences gave her a firsthand understanding of the economic uncertainty, emotional strain, and lack of access to opportunity that many individuals—especially those in under-served and underrepresented communities—were encountering. Rather than allowing these hardships to define her trajectory, Dr. Miller made an intentional decision to transform adversity into purpose. Driven by her lifelong commitment to service, mentorship, and leadership development, she established the Mentor Me Now Foundation to create structured pathways for youth and families to access mentorship for teens, career exploration opportunities, workforce readiness training, and personal development support. The foundation embodies both her professional expertise and her personal mission to ensure that individuals are equipped with the tools and encouragement necessary for moving forward with confidence. Dr. Miller brings a diverse and credible leadership background to this crucial work. As a business psychology practitioner, entrepreneur, United States Army veteran, and community leader, she has experience in leadership facilitation, workforce development programming, and organizational consulting. Furthermore, she serves as a Captain for the Spectacular Academy, an initiative led by Spectacular Smith, a former member of Pretty Ricky, where she contributes to mentorship and entrepreneurship education initiatives that support emerging leaders. Under her leadership, the Mentor Me Now Foundation has established itself as a vital workforce pipeline and youth empowerment organization focused on expanding access to internships, career pathways in sports, creative industries, entrepreneurship, and other emerging sectors. Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and experiential learning opportunities, the foundation continues to create supportive environments where individuals can develop confidence, strengthen professional networks, and pursue meaningful futures.
