This policy establishes guidelines for responsible, ethical, and professional use of social media by employees, contractors, volunteers, mentors, and partners representing or affiliated with the Foundation.

The organization is committed to maintaining a positive digital presence that reflects its values of leadership development, respect, integrity, and community impact.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

• Official Mentor Me Now Foundation social media accounts
• Organizational content shared by authorized representatives
• Personal social media use that references or may be associated with the Foundation
• Digital engagement with program participants, families, donors, and community partners

All individuals representing the Foundation must:
