Designed to guide youth through a transformational journey of personal growth, leadership, and opportunity, the Mentor Me Now Foundation’s Six Pillars of Empowerment model provides a holistic pathway that equips young people with the tools needed to thrive academically, professionally, socially, and personally. Through mentorship, leadership development, career exploration, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and innovation, and economic opportunity, the Foundation creates meaningful experiences that inspire confidence, resilience, purpose, and long-term success.
Our programs are intentionally designed to expose youth to real-world opportunities, positive role models, professional environments, life-skills development, and career pathways that may otherwise feel out of reach. Participants gain access to mentorship, leadership training, financial literacy, communication and teamwork development, entrepreneurship education, workforce preparation, and community engagement opportunities that help shape future leaders and changemakers.
