- Obtaining and renewing any necessary permits or licenses for fundraising activities
- Adhering to federal reporting requirements and nonprofit governance standards
- Submitting required documentation to appropriate regulatory authorities in a timely manner
Leadership and the Board of Directors are responsible for oversight of compliance practices.
3. Ethical Fundraising Practices
The Foundation is committed to conducting fundraising activities with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
All fundraising communications shall:
- Accurately represent the organization’s mission, programs, and intended use of funds
- Avoid misleading statements or coercive solicitation practices
- Respect donor autonomy and decision-making
