a. The Foundation will comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including but not limited to Nevada's Registration and Reporting Requirements for Charitable Organizations, to ensure proper fundraising and solicitation practices.
b. The Foundation will obtain and maintain any required licenses, permits, or registrations necessary for fundraising activities in Nevada.
3. Ethical Conduct:
a. The Foundation is committed to conducting fundraising and solicitation activities with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
b. All fundraising communications, including written materials, social media, and public statements, will accurately represent the Foundation's mission, programs, and use of funds.
c. Donations received by the Foundation will be used consistently with the donors' intent to further the Foundation's mission.
4. Donor Privacy and Confidentiality:
a. The Foundation will respect and protect the privacy of its donors.
b. Personal information collected from donors will be used solely to execute and acknowledge donations and will not be shared or sold to third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
5. Financial Accountability:
a. The Foundation will maintain accurate financial records and provide regular reports on using, and allocating donated funds.
b. Financial reports will be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and comply with any additional reporting requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

a. The Foundation reserves the right to accept or decline donations and gifts that are inconsistent with its mission, values, or legal obligations.
